He received his Juris Doctor from Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago-Kent College of Law, Chicago, Illinois. He received a Certificate in European Legal Studies from Tulane University Law School, New Orleans, Louisiana. Mr. Buchler is admitted to the U.S. District Court, District of Illinois. He is a member of the Illinois Bar, the Illinois Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
Mr. Buchler is currently a Chairperson and Arbitrator for the New York Stock Exchange, National Association of Securities Dealers, American Stock Exchange and National Futures Association.
